What we collect and why
We collect the identifiers and business information you submit—name, email or phone, company and enquiry—to respond, assess project fit and prepare requested next steps. Technical systems may process connection data needed for transmission and security.
Disclosure and international processing
Postmark transmits enquiries when configured; FormSubmit is the fallback service. Hosting infrastructure processes technical data needed to serve and secure the website. Information may therefore be processed in the United States, Spain or other provider locations. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it to train AI models.
Retention and choices
Enquiries that do not become a commercial relationship are deleted or anonymized within 12 months of the last communication. Email us to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may be retained for contracts, taxes, security or legal claims.
California and other state rights
Some state privacy statutes apply only when business or processing thresholds are met. Whether or not a particular statute applies, we will reasonably respond to verified access, correction and deletion requests. We do not discriminate against anyone for making a privacy request.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, government IDs or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.
