Information, purposes and legal basis
We process the name, contact details, company, enquiry, language and market you submit, plus connection data needed to transmit and protect the request. We use it to reply, assess project fit and take requested pre-contractual steps. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for general correspondence, legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). We do not add you to marketing lists or make automated decisions.
Providers and international transfers
Postmark transmits enquiries when configured; FormSubmit is the fallback service. Hosting infrastructure processes the technical data required to serve and protect the website. Some providers may process information outside the EEA under an adequacy decision or safeguards recognised by Articles 44–49 GDPR. We do not sell information or share it for advertising.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become a commercial relationship are erased or anonymised no later than 12 months after the last communication. Proposal, contract and invoice records are retained where required by tax, accounting or legal-claims rules.
Your rights
Email hello@dgvirtualagency.eu to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local EEA authority.
Security
We use reasonable data-minimisation and access controls. Do not submit passwords, banking details, health data, identity documents or other sensitive information.
