HOW WE WORK

A delivery system designed to make operational risk visible.

You work directly with the person shaping and building the product. Decisions, milestones and ownership remain visible throughout the engagement.

01

Fit call

In 20 minutes, explain the workflow, who touches it and where time, context or accountability disappears. No requirements document is needed.

Outcome: an honest fit assessment and the next sensible step.
02

Discovery and first release

We map the current process, exceptions and measurable outcome. Paid discovery is proposed only when the workflow requires deeper analysis.

Outcome: a bounded release with explicit assumptions and risks.
03

Written proposal

You receive scope, milestones, price, exclusions, responsibilities and expected running costs before development begins.

Outcome: investment and delivery expectations are visible up front.
04

Build and validate

Working software is reviewed against realistic scenarios at agreed milestones. New ideas enter a later phase instead of quietly expanding the current one.

Outcome: evidence replaces slideware and late surprises.
05

Launch and ownership

Deployment, access, documentation and the next-step plan are confirmed before handoff. Continued support is optional and separately agreed.

Outcome: an operational product with clear ownership.
COMMERCIAL CLARITY

The rules of the engagement should never be a surprise.

These are working principles. Your written proposal defines the final commercial and delivery commitments.

Milestone billing

Payments are tied to agreed delivery points. The exact structure depends on project size and duration.

Controlled scope

New features and changes of direction are discussed and priced before they enter the build.

Ownership and access

The proposal states what you receive, including code, accounts, documentation and data responsibilities.

Security and privacy

Permissions, data exposure, providers and responsibilities are reviewed against the project's actual risk.

Visible running costs

Hosting, licences, integrations and third-party services are identified separately.

Post-launch warranty

A defined correction period covers defects within the delivered scope; improvements are separate work.

Confidentiality

Mutual confidentiality terms or an NDA can be agreed when the project requires them.

Capacity and schedule

A start date is confirmed when delivery capacity is reserved. Timing depends on scope, validation and external dependencies.

Complex integrations, migration, maintenance and extended support are scoped against the actual operational risk.

YOUR CONTROL

Ownership should not depend on the builder.

Accounts, code, data, documentation and ongoing services are defined from the start so a future provider can understand what exists.

A PRACTICAL FIRST STEP

Bring the workflow, not a software shopping list.

The first conversation determines whether custom software, an existing tool or a smaller process change is the responsible next step.
