Remote services
Services for U.S. clients are delivered remotely from Spain. Availability during U.S. business hours, project currency, payment method, delivery milestones and support are agreed in the written proposal or contract.

Website descriptions and starting prices are informational. They are not a binding offer. Every project begins only after both parties agree on scope, price, responsibilities, ownership, privacy requirements and applicable terms.
Intellectual property
The DG Virtual Agency brand, original website copy and design may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are defined in the project agreement.
Law and jurisdiction
The website operator is based in Spain. Applicable law, jurisdiction and mandatory local requirements are addressed in the project agreement and do not override rights that cannot legally be waived.
